General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

it could be a cyst, a sebaceous or a keratinous type. it usually is slowly growing, sometimes tender to touch, and if it gets infected, contains an odorous fluid collection or pus inside. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for medical and possible surgical removal of the lesion.

hope this helps.

good day!!
