What Causes Lump On The Back Of Neck?

When I was 4 years old I had gland tb...I have a scar on my neck where they had to operate. I havent really asked my mom to many questions about it before but Im curiouse if it is possible for it to come back? Im 24 years old now and recently found a hard sore lump on the bak of my neck ...it feels to be the size of a grape mabey a little smaller...sould I be concerned..what could it be?

Hi,Dear,Welcome to HCM. Based on the facts of your query,You seem to suffer from- Recurrence of Gland TB in your back of Neck.Other possibilities need to be ruled out by FNAC Biopsy and CT Study for Neck Glands-? HL/ NHL.
You need to be concerned as it could be Resurgent TB Gland.
