What Causes Lump On The Anus And Blood In Stool?
Hello doctor_I am a 32 year old man who is into body builsing .one month ago I noticed blood on the tissue paper after stooling.on closer inspection i found a hard lump just near my anus.I also itch sometimes with a little discharge. The pain is not much.what can this be?

I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to piles.
Clinical examination by general surgeon is must for the diagnosis.
Doctor will give following advises:
Continue the hot FOMENTATION.
Use ANOVATE ointment twice a day.
Apply lignocaine ointment few minutes before going to pass stool.
Take a laxative like CREMAFFIN 15 ml at bed time to make your stool soft.
Make sure that bowel movement is regular
