What Causes Lump On Shoulder With Chest Pain And Dots On Skin?

Our son is 19 years old and has noticed a lump on his shoulder. He feels it is as if it is attached to the bone. 2 1/2 weeks ago he had an x-ray that apprently did show anything. He is now complaining of chest pain or aches or tightness
, tiny dots over his skin and headaches. He does have Nasal drip when he wakes in the morning. sleeps a good amount of time. They did run some blood work but i don't know what for. He is at college 3 hours away.
