What Causes Lump On Head?
Hello Dr.Yesterday I recently discovered this small lump on the lower, left side of head. (behind, near my left ear). It hurts when I apply small pressure to it. There is no different pigmentation either. It feels like a vein thats popping out. Please help! What can this be??? thank you !

Hi, it would most likely be a lymph node swelling or a small cyst.
Either ways, it would be better to see your GP or Doctor who can examine you and advice whether you need a course of antibiotics or not. I think that is what you would need probably for a week and then it would slowly decrease in size.
Dont worry, it is probably nothing to worry about but nonetheless get it examined.
