What Causes Lump In Thyroid Gland And Leg?
Hi I am 34 years old and I had a scan done on my thyroid as it has a lump. they say it is a nodule and want to re-scan in 3/12. I also have a hard lump on my leg about 3 inch above the top of my knee. can this be linked. I am starting to worrie a little now. jmjc

Nodule in thyroid gland and hard lump over leg are most likely not related to each other.
You are rightly suggested for follow up ultrasound.It is important to see progression of lesions .You may need FNAC of thyroid nodule.It is very helpful in further management.
Hard lump over leg may be due to many reason like fibroma,neurofibroma,hematoma etc.
You may need clinical examination,X-ray and ultrasound.Treatment depend upon findings.
