I have been blowing snow with my tractor for 5 days straight and my body is turned to the left for extended periods to watch the snowblower
I have a lot of sore muscles on my left side from my shoulder to my ribs. would my throat have the same muscle strain as well?

It seems you have developed simple sore throat with viral infection which is resulting in sore muscles, I suggest some pain killers, lozenges and gargles with antiseptic solution to help you. However, even after this if you are not feeling better, a visit to an ENT specialist will be a better option
