What Causes Lump In The Testicle?
I have found something strange in my right testicle. It is another small ball of a small size. It means i m feeling two balls one big and one small in my right testicle. In initial days a small pain i felt. It is causing me no pain now. I felt it some 10 days back. But as i am living alone i didn't tell anyone. I thought it is temporary but it is still present there. I used to mastubate 3 a day from a long time. My age is 25 now. Is it becoz of excessive masturbation? I am fearing that it could be stone problem. I am very worried & even not able to focus for my exam. Please address my query. I am overweight as per BMI but not too overweight. Weight is around 85 and height 173 CM. My mother had a stone problem. Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, at the most it could be some lymph node else this is nothing to worry some time may be kind of injury because of masturbation and not the masturbation it self could be the cause, wait for some time if it remains as its then you have to get done the clinical examination till then no need to worry hope this information helps.
