General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

based from your description, those are all perianal lesions (the "ball" you are describing which could be a pile, the fissure and a possible fistula-in-ano). these lesions are best physically examined by a physician, preferably a general surgeon, for confirmation.. diagnostic examinations such as proctoscopy might also be done to further evaluate them and their extent. medical (antibiotic) and surgical management will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
