What Causes Lump In The Armpit Causing Severe Pain In Breast?

s ept had melanoma clarks level 4 had surgery wide margins and 7lymph nodes removed. now in dec, i would say, ihave been having tremendous pain in my right breast abd undrarm also the is now a very decent size lump in my armpit and let me tell you it hurts" i had an mri done and they say there is a hot spot look on the mri where they marked my armpit. suggest to get a needle biopsy. i may say that the lump has grown and is hard and hurt, the pain now sometomes radiates down my are, i amd also feeling very depressed! thoughts?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have enlarged lymphnode with history of melanoma. Your MRI also shows hot spot. You may have metastatic malignant melanoma in axillary lymphnode. You should go for biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
