What Causes Lump In My Abdomen While On Gluten Free Diet?
Have been eating gluten free since Easter. This weekend I have eaten ham, which I usually avoid. Twice on Sunday as we were visiting, and this afternoon with cheese and vegetables in a gluten free sandwich. I expect this lump in my upper abdomen is indigestion. Would the ham be the cause? Thank you.

i think it may be a lymph node or a lipoma . Kindly give me more details like weather it is painful mass or not painful, pink and blanch in color?
lympadenopathy that is enlargement of lymph node is documented in patient with celiac disease it is believe to be coz the auto immune nature of body, when ever there is an infection in body the lymph nodes get swollen. also can you please tell me why r u on gluten free diet , are you diagnosed with celiac disease .?
