What Causes Lump In Anus With Pus?

So I have a small pea-ish sized lump on the outside of my anus. I have had someone take a look, and they said it looks puss-filled... It is really painful when pooing and for a small time after. I have experienced fresh blood when wiping but this is only when I have to strain.. I haven t yet experienced any puss seeping out. :/

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having forming abscess over the part.
Go for one course of antibiotic medicine for 5 days.
Another possibility we should keep in mind having fistula in ano.
Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning.
If problem persisted then consult surgeon and get examined.
Keep local hygiene clean and dry.
Avoid constipation.
Ok and take care.
