What Causes Lump Formation In The Groin Area?

Hi I've just discovered a lump in my groin. I between my anas and my testicals and were my leg meets. I'd say its about he size of a ten pence piece and about ten mill thick. It wasn't there yesterday and it does not overy hurt. I'm 30 years old and do a manual lifting job.

This can be a boil, cellulitis and the possibility of a fistula in ano ( due to the position you mentioned ). Please consult a Surgeon as he may perform an internal examination to clearly tell you the diagnosis, as the treatment for every cause is bit different.
Proper diagnosis is very important.
