What Causes Lump Between Thumb And Wrist?

I am 21 year old boy non dibetic
I do heavy weight exercises in gym
today I saw a lump between my thumb and wrist of my right hand
it has been there for a year
I didn't noticed it
today after coming back from workout I noticed it
its hard
its visible only when I tilt my hand towards right
I am so scared
please tell me what can it be
it ain't painful though
but I am so scared

Looking to the history it seems that you might be having wrist ganglion giving rise lump on typical site.
If there is nopain or increasing size, nothing to worry.
It will remain there for long time.
