What Causes Lump At The Vaginal Opening?

Hi, I have an issue that I start to really worry about from time to time. I am 18 and have in the past been sexually active, and I have a lump/growth/mass in my vagina that s maybe the size of a marble or cherry that as far as I am aware I have always had, on the front wall of the vagina very near to the vaginal opening, just below where I believe my g spot is. It is very ridgy and fleshy and rugose, but I m not entirely sure if incased in this fleshiness there is some kind of firmness/hardness. If I press on it it s not painful, I just need the toilet slightly. It s visible from the outside of the vagina, and when I m lying on my back it obstructs a direct view down my vaginal canal. If I bear down it can protrude slightly from the vaginal entrance. I mentioned this to my GP recently as it was worrying me and he said it didn t sound like an alarming symptom, and was most likely just a cyst of some kind. I m going to go back and have an examination next week but in the meantime I am so anxious and so concerned that it is something more serious that it s proving to be a serious mental distraction from life. I m worried that it s something more serious than a benign cyst, such as a urethral diverticulum (I do have some urinary incontinence) or something even more sinister like a rare vaginal cancer. Equally other online sources say it could jsut be the g spot and anatomy of my vagina, so I don t know what to think. Should I be so concerned that it s a serious illness?? Sorry for the very long answer, thank you for answering.

2. Bacterial infection: as it is moist area
3. STDs
4. Fungal infection
5. Dermatitis

Urinary incontinence may be due to urethritis/UTI

Following are the treatment:

Bathe or shower frequently
Wash vagina with warm and salt water after urination to maintain hygiene
Change out of sweaty or wet clothing as soon as possible

Reduce the amount of sugar you eat.

If not resolved consult gynecologist and do test for all above disease by following test.
Pelvic examination
Gram stain and culture
