What Causes Lump Above The Eyebrow Along With Numbness Along The Hairline?

Hi there I got kneed in the head a few days ago. I when to the er and got checked out they said come back if I get worse. I got hit hair above my eye there is a soft spot on my eye brown and if I push on it and can taste and spit out small amounts of blood and I have numbness on that side of my head around to my hair line. It that normal

No it's not normal and you may have a fracture of the orbital rim and one of your sinuses so you need facial x-rays and a ct scan of the face to check it out
