What Causes Lower Stomach Pain While Moving And Bowel Movements?

the week before last i had been throwng up for 5 days straight n could hold anything down was expriencing pain in back n side went to the er and they said it was just vomiting n sent me home with reglan and hydrcrodone. now im expriencing pain in lower stomach it sharp and hurts everytime i move and when i have a bowel movement it sharp pain in my intestoines n it contacts while i trying to push. im 26 yrs old 225lbs

So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination and ultrasound of abdomen.
