I ve been having lower right abdominal pain along with a brown vaginal discharge. The past couple months I ve been having extremely heavy menstrual cycles. I don t believe it to be a miscarriage because I had a tubal last year. Also I m in the middle of my cycle

Right side lower abdominal pain with brown colour discharge and heavy periods are in favor of pelvic inflammatory disease or endometriosis..Those are the most common causes.
So you will need an ultrasound scan to rule out any abnormalities and a pelvic exam by a gynaecologist. That help in ruling out any other causes. hope my answer helps you. Regards
