What Causes Lower Left Abdominal Pain While Taking Anastrozole?

I am 69, height 5'6", weight 240. I started taking Anastrozole 3/25 and since 3/31 have had severe pain in lower left abdomen. Have seen several doctors and several tests and no one can find the reason for the pain. I am finally feeling slightly better. The pain isn't quite as severe but now all I want to do is sleep most of the day. I was wondering if meningitis could be a side effect of taking anastrozole?

If your investigation s are normal then it is ok. Anastrozole may not cause lower abdominal pain as per litrature . But constipation may cause lower abdomen discomfort. You should take plenty of oral fluids ; full fiber diet and occasionally mild laxatives. Keep repeating ultrasound abdomen to rule out development of krukenberg's tumor.
