I would advise you the following in such a situation: Consult a Gastroenterologist and a Neurologist and discuss these issues in detail to get a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations as would be directed by the Specialists. These may be CT scan of the abdomen. MRI of the lower spine. Colonoscopy Tests of stool, blood and urine. Consider the role of stress and/or anxiety and get a control if felt necessary. Proper treatment of the cause if any found on investigations.
