What Causes Lower Back Pain With Lightheadedness?

Last Friday I was picking up a full 5 gallon tea bucket at work and something popped in my lower back and not only my lower back hurts but along the sides of my back as well down into my butt. Every since this happened I feel light headed all the time.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be possibly happened in disk displacement, this happens in spinal cord, and in my opinion this need to be ruled out, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
