What Causes Lower Back Pain On Right Side While Urinating?

Hi there, im a 24 year old female approx 190lbs and 5'8". I am used to experiencing back pain with menstruation but this is unrelated to that and is completely different. It is a very uncomfortable lower back pain only on the right side. To the touch a part feels harder than on the left side. It hurts to sit, and usually hurts more after I rest it. I have also experienced over the past few days that with urination it is urgent, Im not sure if that is related at all, but im wondering what could be the cause of this pain.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute renal colic with possibility of having kidney stones.
Go for x-ray and ultra sound of kidneys.
go for routine urine check up as well.
Take plenty of water.
Meanwhile take some antispasmodic medicine like Meftal spas or Cyclopam when needed.
Ok and take care.
