What Causes Lower Back Pain And Testicular Pain?

Went to see family Dr today based on lower back and testicular pain. Dr said I had a slightly enlarged prostate but have had no trouble with urination. Had epididymis is in past and testicular pain is similar. I did however forget to mention recent anal bleeding similar to a hemmrhoid. Any thoughts my dr rushing to a diagnosis of prostatitis is accurate?

You may need to take antibiotics and your doctor's diagnosis may be right.
