Hi,
The possibilities are-muscular aches as the tone declines during perimenopause, bone pains due to decreasing bone density owing to hormone insufficiency, constipated bowels, gastritis and an impending period. To locate the cause, you need to see a physician. You may benefit from an anti-spasmodic and an antacid. You may also need confirmation of menopause if you do not see your period further on. Please take easily digestible diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables and plenty of water. Hope this helps.
