What Causes Lower Back Pain And Pelvic Pain During Menstruation?

My menstrual was late and when it came it was real light but now I m having really bad lower back pains and lower stomach and pelvic pains that feel dull and also sharp my pain is like a 7 from 1 to 10 I took a Bc when i got home at 4:30 pm and took two ibuprofen400 at 6 because the pain was still there what should i do

thanks for the query..
the pain in the back and legs during menstruation is due to contraction and spasm of muscles..
you can take antispasmodic like dicyclomine with combination of mefenemic acid (meftal spas) which works better during periods than any other pain killers..
Keep yourself well hydrated and take rest..
if the pain persists even after period kindly do consult the doctor.
