What Causes Lower Back Pain And Dizziness Post Tubal Ligation?

i got my tubes tied a year ago. for the last week i have abdominal and lower back pain. my last period lasted a wk and a half but very llight spotting. this week i have had night nausia. dizzy supper tired kind of loopy. should i be worried i am pregnant again

I really appreciate your concern, it is not the pregnancy if the amenorrhea long last up to three weeks then it need to be tested for pregnancy and ultrasonography is advisable hope this information helps.
