What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain,bloating,nausea,loss Of Appetite And Diarrhea?

Pain lower left abdomen fpr 2 weks, constant dull ache with periods of extreme pain. hurts when lie on side or stomach. bloated swollen stomach. feeling nauseous, no appetite. occasional diarrhea combined with feeing need to defecate but unable to. any ideas please? female, 36, not pregant, previous ectopic pregnancy, salpingectomy and removal of cyst from ovary.

I really appreciate your concern, lower abdomen pain in female patient could be due to many disease like it may be infection of urinary tract, it may be stone condition, it may be pelvic inflammatory disease, it may be gynecological pain.
Instead of managing the pain underlying cause of this would be matter of concern and it needs to be ruled out, for the pain Tab Dicyclomine can be tried.
Advise:- Ultrasonography, plain x-ray abdomen, routine blood and urine test (With history of lower abdomen pain diarrhea is less likely and it could be nonspecific or it could be another condition )
