What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?

I have been having lower abdominal pain for a few days that is worsening. I don t have a gall bladder but when I did, it ruptured before the pain was great enough to realize something was truly wrong. I also only had a low grade temp. I m not running a fever but the pain is getting worse. Could it be my appendices?

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the abdomen pain is concern it could be due many reasons here if it is the lower abdomen pain then it could be due to urinary tract related may be infection may be stone condition, it may be due to large intestine it may be ascending or descending it may be appendicitis and to differentiate of all these needs clinical examination and test till then you can try Tab Dicyclomine as per needed hope this information helps.
