What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?

i have been having lower right abdominal pain that radiates down leg,the left side also hurts but the right side is worse.i also have lower abdominal spasms that feel like bubbles. my abdomen seems to swell after eating,and gets bloated , i have suffered from peptic and rectal ulcers before but this feels different. the pain is constant and is relieved when i do physical work

The causes of all the symptoms you have mentioned of pain in right lower abdomen, bloating, radiation to the leg, spasms like bubbles, past history of peptic and rectal ulcers can be the following:
severe entero-colitis.
Tuberculosis of the abdomen. Lymph node masses .

I would advise you the following:
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
CT scan of the abdomen.
Upper GI endoscopy
Power GI - colonoscopy

this will help to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
