What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain With Burning Vagina Post Unprotected Sex?

Hi, I m a 33 year old female and recently I have been getting lower abdominal pain and a burning sensation in my vagina. When I urinate it does not burn. Though it doesn t last all day or night just in the morning and then it seems to go this has been happening for two mornings. I have been having unprotected sex with my husband and any sad are not a problem from either end.

I understand your concern.
Lower abdomen pain with burning sensation is indicative of urinary tract infection as most common.
I would advice a patient coming to me with such compains to do a urine routine lab test and Abdominal sonography to rule out any other causes.
Follow up with general physician with these lab reports for his opinion.
