What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain, Fever, Chills And Gastric Problem?

Please, I started to feel a swollen feeling and slight paint in my lower left abdomen yesterday. It has still continued today, tender to touch as well as a slight crampy feeling at that point w/ slight pain. I am now experiencing a mild fever and some chills and I ve had some gas. I was on chlomid for 2 cycles of 50 mg over a month ago and I was feeling a UTI coming on about a week ago so I had taken some antibiotics (full course) that I had, it was a 3 day course, 2 pills/day septra DS.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the suspected case of urinary tract infection then it is the challenging task as long as the female patient is concern, it is most advisable to confirm the diagnosis first and for that you have to get done the urine culture sensitivity test till then Di-sodium hydrogen citrate can be taken, you have not given any information about age and gender it was very much needed here, hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
