What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea After Eating Gluten Free Products?

Since childhood, my poop has usually been not too solid...a little runny at times. Now as an adult, I have occassional lower abdominal pains and the runny poop. I notice that when I eat little to no bread/wheat/gluten products, the pain is very little or none. But..Not eating gluten produts (for me to personally see what happens...not by docters orders) began after I had a steroid drug treatment for an allegic reaction to a cat.

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms abdominal pain and diarrhoea following a gluten free diet I am suggesting you are gradually developing a constipation
I view of this please continue your gluten diet to soften your stool and don't take too much of solid food
I hope this helps
