What Causes Lower Abdominal And Back Pain?

Two years ago I was in a car accident....still have lower left abdominal and back pain . Noticed changes in stool about 6 months later ( ribbon ) or unable to pass stool . Barum anema showed kink, loops and twists in my bowel . Sometimes the pain is so severe that I Trimble from the pain . I also get spasms to the point that I almost pass out from pain. Ty

Intestinal torsion or volvulus may have occured from the injury you sustained so it may require a physical consultation and possibly even either a CT or MRI abdomen to evaluate the exact situation of your bowels at this point.

You are at times in severe pain and this needs to be resolved at the earliest so please do not waste any more time and visit your doctor or a general surgeon at the earliest.
