What Causes Low Libido And Lack Of Ejaculation Post Prostate Laser Surgery?

I am a male and had BHP with Obstruction and green light laser surgery to clear obstacles in urinary tract on December 8, 2014. After this surgery I have reduced sex drive and no release of semen during intercourse. I am scheduled to have lab blood test to check for Testosterone. I am experiencing incontinence when exercising or during lifting or snizing. Is this normal after PVP surgery? If I wait for a year my normal sex life will return? Please advise.

The libido and normal sex life to return to normal all depends on the reason for the disease. It depends on the levels of testosterone to a major extent.

Urinary incontinence is related to the surgery, and you need to consult back your urologist for the same.
