What Causes Low Grade Fever For 10 Days After Vaccine Shots?

Hello. my 1 year old child is running a low grade fever for already over a week....she did have her 1 year old shots and we did expect her to have a slight fever for couple of days after and as they told as a higher fever 9 to 12 days after the shots....but she has been running a fever of 100 to 101.3 for already 10 days........she is 21 lbs and eating well, no other symptoms (no coughing or runny nose)....just very cranky.......please advice.....thank you

Fever for more than a week should be investigated for typhoid, malaria. UTI etc (CBC, ESR, TYPHI DOT TEST,MALARIA ANTIGEN. URINE ROUTINE EXAMINATION.
