Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of low grade fever, cough, upper backache and acute bronchitis. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to condition called bronchitis . Bronchitis is an inflammation of the lining of your bronchial tubes, which carry air to and from your lungs. Need not to worry. Take steam thrice a day and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain. I would suggest you to consult chest specialist for proper examination. Doctor may order chest X-ray , sputum tests and pulmonary function test and blood test to rule out sinusitis. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , cough suppressants , inhaler and other medications to reduce inflammation and open narrowed passages in lungs.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
