What Causes Low Grade Fever And Vaginal Spotting?

I have had a low grade fever for the past three days and spotting? Not sure if the two are related but also have a bad tooth. I also just stopped the depo shot after about two years. The last shot I had was in November. What could the fever be from? Pregnancy

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Low grade fever can occur in large number of conditions ranging from flu, sore throat, viral infection, tuberculosis to lymphomas and other malignancies.
However, pregnancy does not cause fever.
The associated spotting can be due to ovulation, implantation or some hormonal disturbance.
In case you are suspicious of pregnancy, you can take up an urine pregnancy test for confirmation.
You can consult a dentist for clinical assessment of your teeth for the bad tooth.

Thanks and take care
