What Causes Low Energy Having Diagnosed With Elevated RBC?

I have felt feverish for weeks, worn out no energy want to sleep a lol for months now. i know hot flashes don t last for days on end with no end to them. blood tests in the past only showed slight red blood count elevation. today had a severe migraine in center of forehead felt dizzy as well.

The cause of your low energy levels is not apparent from the details you have mentioned. It could be that you are suffering from lack of oxygen and the body is trying to compensate for it by increasing the number of red blood cells in the blood. Are you sure that the headache that you are talking is due to migraine? There could be a number of causes for the headache and there is no need to jump to conclusions. It could be caused by anxiety and fatigue which could be linked to your low energy levels. Please get your thyroid profile checked.
