What Causes Low Energy And Fatigue?

my husband has been feeling kinda bad latley he wakes up feels fine then during the day he wears down no energy then gets chills and fever it has been going on for about 5 days he say's theres someting not right and doesnt think its a flu or cold what could it be and should he seek medical attention

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it is a fever due to some infection, may be a urinary tract infection, or some other infection.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
He may need to have some blood and urine tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, ranitidine, paracetamol.
