What Causes Low Blood Pressure?

I am a 67 yr. old female and have some concerns about my blood pressure dropping lower than my normal. the lowest reading was 70/51 a few days ago. Today I felt really sleepy at work and checked my blood pressure and it was 98/59. Also I notices that when my blood pressure is lower, my heart rate is higher. My HR is usually in the low 50 s, but it goes to the low to mid 60 s when my BP is lower. Should I have any concerns?
