What Causes Low BP Without Any Symptoms?

i went to the doctor on Friday and my blood pressure is 98/66, the nurse double checked it because it surprised her so much. I feel like my blood pressure has always been low in the past. Is that healthy? I am 20 years old, never get dizzy or light headed and I usually workout 4-6 times per week.
