What Causes Low BP And Scleroderma With Pulmonary Hypertension?
My blood pressure is low with the addition of new meds it is often 97/64 or so. I have sceroderma with pulmonary hypertension, but am active as I can be and don t like this side effect. I take Letarus and recently they added adcerca. Is the low blood pressure dangerous or is it something I can just adapt to?

Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns. The blood pressure you report is a little low but nothing to be concerned about. If the top number is below 90 then I would be more concerned. The Adcerca can cause low blood pressures so I would recommend being adequately hydrated while taking the medication
