What Causes Loud Noises In Ear While Blowing Nose?

I got a cold for a week now and it seems quite heavy. I have a lot of mucus and tried to clean by blowing my noise heavily. Since a few hours while a blow my noise I hear loud noises in one of my ears. Should I worry? I did not go to a doctor get but I after this I consider going.

Hello and welcome to health care magic,

You may have caused injury to your drum when you forcefully blow your nose. Although this is rare the only way to confirm is to consult an ENT and get an otoscopic examination done as soon as possible
