What Causes Loss Of Weight, Fatigue, Nausea And Fever?

my husband had a triple bypss and 3 stints last week and is on lots of meds. He has lost 10 pounds or more because he has no appitite and is very fatique and has nausea. his temp is 99.8 and b/p is 100/66 I wonder if he needs to go back to the er. he is resting now but is kinda pale in color..He is 33 years old.

TRIPLE CABG IS A LONG SURGERy and involves a lot of blood loss, chest wallis cut openn and is again stiched ,this process involves a lot of blood loss, post operation patient feel weak lethargy and fatigue for 2,w3 weeks ,body will take some time to compensate for the loses
bp will also pick up once he will start ambulating ,ask him to move around in house about 100 metres daily as he will start ambulating fatigue letharge will go away and blood pressure will rise
if lvef is normal then keep him hydrated
