Hello and welcome to HCM,
Loss of sensations in legs, feeling nauseated and burning sensation on the face are suggestive of a neurological problem.
Stroke is one of the various possibilities which can cause these symptoms.
Raised intracranial tension, brain hemorrhage, compression caused by intracranial space occupying lesion, etc can all cause these neurological symptoms.
Thus, firstly your mother has to be stabilized followed by a CT scan of head.
CT scan will determine the possible cause of these symptoms.
Further management can be planned after carrying out these investigations.
Further prognosis depends on the cause of the symptoms.

Thanks and take care
