What Causes Loss Of Period And Stomach Cramps With Birth Control?

Hi. I'm 19, 5'5" and about 150lbs. I'm currently on birth control but missed my last period. It was supposed to start 2 days but didn't. In the last week I've had a pretty bad cold. I have not missed a period since starting my birth control. I've had cramps but nothing accompianed with it. I have also experienced pain in my ribs and lower back. I'm just worried about what it could be.

Hi, welcome to healthcare magic, you don't worry at all. If you took pills regularly then chance of getting pregnant is very rare. you may get period within 1 week of last pill. And your back ache and rib pain may be due to cold, not related to pills or pregnancy. Take care don't worry.
