Hello
i understood your concern
I have seen many such patients, your condition is called PPROM ,pre term pre mature rupture of membranes,If you are having continuous pain and contraction than you might abort ,means you will deliver soon. Please start taking antibiotics and in such pre mature condition of baby there is a no hope for baby to alive after delivery
Thanks
