What Causes Loss Of Erection During Intercourse While On AF-Kit?

Hello doctor, my wife got aborted 5 months back and both stopped our intercourse till last week... doctor advised to take AF-kit to me and wife... We both took the medicine as advised by doctor ...both felt drowsy and i suffered from diahorrea... Before taking the AF-kit I was so strong during intercourse, but after taking that I am not able to perform during intercourse... Will it be a problem ?

I can understand your concern for the safety of AF-Kit.

AF-Kit which contains drugs Fluconazole, Azithromycin and Ornidazole and is effective in the treatment of mixed vaginal infections caused by to treat fungal, aerobic and anaerobic bacteria or protozoa respectively.

The most common side effects include drowsiness, diarrhea, abdominal cramps and vomiting.

Erectile dysfunction appears to be due to dehydration caused by diarrhea.
This is reversible if you increase the intake of oral fluids or juices to maintain good hydration.
