What Causes Loss Of Appetite?

my son is type 1 diabetic and said he doesn t feel like eating because he feels sick and has tummy ache. He has had nova rapid at 4pm today. Have just taken his blood and it was 3.2. Have given him some Full sugar coke but worried he won t eat anything

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. During diabetes, medication and diet go hand in hand.
2. If he is not eating, avoid giving him insulin injections as it could cause hypoglycemia - which is dangerous.
3. Need to counsel him about the importance of food during all times. Sugar coke is good and would help him recover. However, tummy ache cause needs evaluation, meet your doctor.
