Hey, I have someone, who has an eating disorder. She wants to eat, but whenever she sees food she loses her apatite. She doesn t feel that she is fat or anything or does Binge eating and she is not Bulimia. Also, she throws up a lot! but has no idea, why it is happening? So can you please reply back! I would really like to know whats wrong with with her and what is the name of the disorder? I would really appreciate it! Thank You very much for your time!

hello,
welcome to HCM.
from your history it seems to me that she is having sitophobia that is fear of food.normally she is hungry but when looks at food she cant take it.
it is different from bulimia or anorexia.
she should consult a psychiatrist for an excellent result.
hope this is helpful.
regards.
